- EEEricFeb 5, 20261.0I've had 2 oil/filter changes at this place. After the 1st one, when my oil got down to around 25% before the next change was due, my car alerted me that it was low on oil. I know I made a point to tell them my vehicle gets an extra quart, so I began to wonder if I had an oil leak somewhere. I added a quart or 2 and it was fine until I took it back for it's next oil change. Again I made sure to tell them my vehicle gets an extra quart. After that 2nd oil change, and again when it got down to around 25%, my car once again told me the oil was low. Just like the last time, I added some oil and was fine until I took it in for another change. This time I took it to Midas. I told them about the low oil issue I had been having. They completed the oil change, came out and told me that they tested for an oil leak and assured me I do not have a leak anywhere. They also showed me that there was a lot of oil that had been spilled on my engine. Needless to say I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube. I've had positive experiences at other Jiffy Lubes in the past, but this location should change their name to iffy lube. I have not had a low oil problem since I stopped going to iffy lube.
