Upon meeting with Susan and Amanda to explain the issue, I was confidently informed that the most likely cause was a build-up of snow in the wheel wells. They suggested a nearby car wash and instructed to have the undercarriage washed to melt away the accumulated snow. They kindly stated they would be happy to service the car should other issues remain. After following their instructions at the car wash, (Drake’s Car Wash) their staff was also very helpful and confirmed their experience with the same shaking issue due to the heavy snowfall. I returned to the PA Turnpike, accelerated to and past 60 mph with no shaking and a very smooth ride. Thanks to Susan and Amanda’s help and suggestion, my problem was solved, my mind was put at rest and I felt safe driving back to MD. Thank you so very much to all for your knowledge and kindness. A very knowledgeable and kind person who took his time and helped me into exactly what I came for. He went above and beyond and explained everything to me about the vehicle. He wasn’t reading the brochure, this guy knew his stuff. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, consider Volkswagen. If you’re definitely looking for a Volkswagen soon, stop in and see Nino.
