  Booked a rental and was told that they didn't have the vehicle that I rented. I asked for a discount because they wanted me to take a vehicle that wasn't even in the same class. I was told that I wouldn't get a discount and would be charged the same rate. The person on the phone then got a mad, and hung up the phone on me. Been trying to get this resolved for months. You get told to "email this person" for your email to get ignored. Terrible company.

  They didn’t answer my calls and didn’t respond email as well. I’m wondering if there is any other phone number I can contact to.. I’m so nervous if I can not get a rent car even though I made a reservation through their website

  Worst experience ever will not be using this place to book any car luxury seekers beware! I’m actually seeking monetary damages from them!

  The car was very nice, but as typical of rental cars the windshield was not clean. This specific case it was very bad. Something had been sprayed on the dash and was not cleaned from the windshield. the bottom 1/3 of the window was spotted and caused a dangerous glare with direct head on sunshine. I talked to the agent at checking and was told I would get a 10% satisfaction discount. This did not happen, so strike two. From now on I will insist on a receipt directly when returning a car.
