TLDR: Chargers work fine, no wait (arrived at 2:45 am before some airport trips for Uber). Chargers are easy to find as Google Maps takes you right to them :)
My only real complaint about this location is how the chargers are arranged. The big double charger has parking spots on both sides, so that's really easy to use, but the two smaller chargers are placed in front of each other with parking spots on both sides... This creates a situation where vehicles with their charging ports on the side may be unable to use the smaller chargers if they're charging port is on the side and someone else is already using one of these smaller chargers. For example, I'm currently using the parking space to the right of the two smaller units, and someone pulled into the left parking space, but due to their charging port being on the other side of the car, they were unable to get the cable to reach their charging port and ended up pulling up to the big charger and sharing it with another vehicle that was already here. In the end, they were able to charge just fine, but the weird way the chargers are arranged made it so they were unable to use the smaller ones.
There is one double unit with two CCS connectors that offers split 350kW charging. If only one vehicle is using this unit, then the whole 350kW is available to that vehicle. If two vehicles are using this unit, each vehicle will have 175kW give or take a couple kW (half of 350kW) available to it. I posted a picture of the connector on this charger and there's a weird shadow on the connector bc it's 3:30 AM. The connector is not damaged, it's just my camera being weird on my old phone.
There are two smaller units each capable of 120kW, and each of these smaller units have both CCS and CHAdeMO connectors on them. These are not dual charging units, and as a result, only one cable can be used at a time on each unit. If someone is already using the CCS connector, then the CHAdeMO connector will be offline, and vice versa.
I have an account with EVgo and use Autocharge+ so I just plug in and it just works, no credit card needed. I also get a 45% discount from Uber on EVgo branded charging stations, and have yet to have a real issue with EVgo outside mild annoyances like a single unit being down at certain locations, and I've yet to see an entire location be damaged/offline so we're good in that department.
People are so quick to submit 1 star reviews because of a damaged unit, but they seem to completely forget that these units are open to the public, and while there are those of us that respect the machinery and appreciate these charging stations, there are others and manhandle the chargers or straight up damage them. This isn't great, as it takes time for field technicians to repair the damaged units, and leaves the rest of us dealing with said damage until it is repaired.
At the time of this review, there is damage to the cable management system on Maxine (C10428) but the actual charging cables are fine and the chargers themselves have no issues so I'm not worried about it. Long story short, the charging cable is laying on the ground due to the retracting cable being broken, which isn't immediately breaking anything, but if you see this sort of damage on any charger no matter what brand it is, it's always a good idea to check out the charging cable and make sure it's not damaged. The charging cable on Maxine (C10428) is fine and is not damaged. I reported the broken retractor cable to EVgo and an hoping that it's fixed quickly so that the charging cable doesn't get damaged from dragging against the pavement due to not being help up properly.
