  The only reason I’m giving a 5 star is because of Leah at the Pittsburgh airport location. She went above and beyond trying to accommodate our family. When everyone else dropped the ball Leah did everything she possibly could to make our situation better. We had a terrible experience with reserving a car and then that car or an equivalent not being provided to us. My children had to ride with belongings stacked on top of them in the car we ended up with because the only way I could leave the airport is if I accepted the smaller vehicle. Apparently an employee lost the keys to the only vehicle available in the class of car we had reserved. They had nothing bigger to offer as we reserved the biggest vehicle option that they have. Joe also helped the best he could in providing warmth for my wife and children to stay out of the freezing cold while he located the biggest vehicle he could give to us for the time being. He helped to make changes to the price of the vehicle to reflect the rental we were actually receiving and also giving us a little more for the inconvenience. In the end the “big guy” manager couldn’t even be bothered to answer his phone or return our phone calls after leaving voicemails and receiving multiple calls as well as emails from the airport location staff. Upon returning our vehicle Leah was working (she worked Christmas and new years, she deserves a vacation) she immediately recognized us and asked if things were taken care of. We explained everything and she refused to let us leave disappointed in our choice of using enterprise. She handled things professionally and with heart. We left satisfied and will probably give enterprise another chance just because of Leah’s compassion and heart. At least the management they physically put at the locations care to keep their customers happy and safe. As for the “big manager” Mike L in the Meadville/Erie locations he seems worthless.

  I've rented with Enterprise many times before. They no longer accept Stride as a method of payment. Sad. No budging despite using the same payment method for years

  Friendly staff who were very helpful. The Equinox was a better than expected ride; turn in was easy and smooth.

  Great experience at the Pittsburgh airport. Very easy pick up and return. I was given a choice of which standard suv I was comfortable driving instead of one larger or smaller than I had reserved. The car even had a snow brush which was greatly appreciated when I found 6” of snow on it one morning.

  Love ❤️ everything about renting from enterprise, even helped buy my daughter a car from sales.
