  One of the better rental car experiences that I have had. The rental location is an easy walk from the baggage claim. I pre-checked in which meant that the staff member verified my info and pointed me to a car which I could take that happened to be the first one in the row. Pick up was a breeze and drop off off was a piece of cake. Very happy with Enterprise at Pitt.

  Friendly and helpful staff. I was treated with respect and kindness. The business hours were also better than the other companies. I'll never use another rental car company again.

  This had to be the best rental experience I've ever had. Hats off to the Enterprise crew at Pittsburg Airport. After being rejected my reservation at Hertz, Matthew at the Enterprise counter quickly received me with a smile and the desire to help and get me a car. The entire crew was great. From Matthew, to the attendant that pointed us to our vehicle, the person who checked us out and finally the gentlemen to checked us back in when we returned. I was worried when I got a high mileage Hyundai as my rental, but to my surprise is was very well maintained. Drove great in the heavy snow and cold weather. It is no wonder that Enterprise is the best rated rental company at the Pittsburg airport BY FAR. Congrats team, exceptional work.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Renting from Enterprise Rent-A-Car was easy-peasy and breezy from start to finish. I reserved my vehicle online, and once I landed and headed to the parking lot, I was able to choose from several midsize SUVs on the spot—super convenient. I ended up with a Chevy Traxx, and it was my first time driving one, but I was pleasantly surprised. The car had a full tank of gas, drove smoothly, and handled snowy weather really well, which gave me peace of mind. No problems, no hassle—just an easy pickup and an even easier return process. Enterprise has always been one of my all-time favorite rental companies and easily ranks near the top for me. Highly recommend for a smooth, stress-free rental experience! 🚗❄️✨

  Our plane was late flying into Pittsburgh, PA. We did not get to the Enterprise desk until 1:15, almost two hours after our plane was supposed to arrive. Enterprise was the only car rental company open. The employee at the desk was extremely helpful in assisting us in getting our car. Despite it being late, he was glad to there to help us with our rental. Exceptional customer service!
