Renting the car was simple and the person who checked me out was helpful, but they were misinformed of how drop-off works.
They wrote me up for a rental from Friday-Monday, but I only needed it Friday-Sunday and was told that if I dropped it off on Sunday (they are closed and there is a drop box for the key), that I would be reimbursed for the extra day (Monday) after I returned the car.
I dropped off the car on Sunday, and then later in the week I had to call several times to inquire about the $50 hold being returned and also the extra day being refunded. On the last call, the person was apologetic, but told me I would not be refunded for returning the car a day early because they are closed on Sunday's.
I partially blame myself for not asking for a new contract with the correct days before leaving with the car, but I trusted that I would be refunded. I understand they are closed on Sunday's, but I'm still confused as to why on Monday (or anytime during the week after returning the car), they could not edit the invoice and issue a refund.

Garrett Scott was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the rental process, making everything smooth and straightforward despite the challenges involved. His customer-oriented approach truly stood out and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a positive one. Jake Steel was a great guy—respectful, calm, and understanding, especially when dealing with the stress of post-accident car rentals.
Dealing with rental cars after an accident can sometimes be stressful, but my experience renting with Enterprise was great thanks to their customer-oriented team.
Highly recommend this location—Garrett and Jake made all the difference!

Rented a car months in advance. Went to pick it up on a Saturday before they closed. Drove it 12 miles home, and the low colon light came on, it was overheat & gas tank was almost on E when I was told it was just full. After being told they were sending a replacement car with the tow truck , no car! 6 hours of being on the phone I was finally told we were “bluntly lied to” they only deliver a a vehicle if further than 50 miles away. We are stranded now and have to pay almost $150 for an uber to an airport because the enterprise on Babcock refused to check their vehicles before renting, even when they see children present. This will be going to the media.
