- RBRochelle BenchoNov 7, 20255.0I had to rent a car @ Enterprise Babcock Blvd. Brenndan has been my contact person from initially renting the vehicle to returning the vehicle. Both times he was very genuine, attentive and thorough. He made sure I felt comfortable with the vehicle before leaving. When I returned it, I thought it was going to be a long arduous process and me explaining and little dings but Brenndan remembered the little scuff mark on the seat and made the return effortlessly AND he drove me to Caliber Collision to pick up my car! A month later, I noticed I took the rent a cars registration and mine was missing! We drove to see Brenndan @ Babcock Blvd and he searched that vehicle to find the whereabouts; he called the branch where it was located and asked them to look in the glove box to see if my registration was left inside and it was! He asked that Manager to hold it for us! Brenndan never treated us like we were a bother…..he went out of his way for us and that is a type of service you don’t come across these days! Thank you for your professionalism and assistance!
