    Straight up scam artists at this one. Never had a bad experience at Enterprise but this one sucks. I'll go out of my way to another one. It was Christmas Eve and they're pulling money from me because of their mistake of my rental service getting "cancelled by another company in Texas" so I had to refile my card. Whole experience was weird and annoying. Go to a different Enterprise.

    I am very happy with the service I received at the Castle Shannon Enterprise location. Tory went out of her way multiple times to assist me in getting an AWD Bronco. The vehicle was a lifesaver across the 40-hour drive through blizzards, ice and wind. Tory was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and communicative. I will rent here again.

    Josh, was extremely helpful in getting both my rentals over the last 45 days!! Very professional, informative and polite!! I definitely, highly recommend enterprise car rentals!

    My rental vehicle was brought to me at the body shop and when repairs were completed I simply left it there to be picked up. Rental agent was very polite and courteous. The Enterprise location was conveniently located to the body shop and even the body shop personnel stated that they work very well with them. I would highly recommend.
