It was Christmas Eve and they're pulling money from me because of their mistake of my rental service getting "cancelled by another company in Texas" so I had to refile my card. Whole experience was weird and annoying. Go to a different Enterprise.

The vehicle was a lifesaver across the 40-hour drive through blizzards, ice and wind. Tory was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and communicative. I will rent here again.
