  Went on a work trip this week and the company paid for a rental vehicle for us to drive from Pittsburgh, PA to Odenton, MD. Before we even left the state, the car notified us that the oil in the car was low. Because of issues with the car pickup, we had to leave three hours later than we had planned to, so we didn't have time to exchange it-- we needed to get to our work training that day or we'd miss it-- and couldn't resolve the issue until the day we were driving back home. We checked the oil and there was barely any on the tip of the dipstick. We had to get the oil changed, and that set us back two hours so that we had to drive home in the middle of the ice storm. I'm riding in the passenger seat now and the windshield wipers are actively making visibility worse because of how they simply spread the dirt around rather than wiping it away from the window. In the middle of driving, the car shifted out of D into S1 because the shift stick was loose. It's been problem after problem after problem with this car and I'm genuinely afraid we're not going to get home safe because we had to solve a problem that should have been accounted for BEFORE we got the car. We should have NEVER been given a car with almost no oil in it, but since we had to fix that problem, we're stuck in the middle of an ice storm. I have never had to rent a car for personal use, and my one and only experience so far has ensured that I'll never do it through Enterprise. Based on the experience we had between getting this car and the Enterprise in MD, we're going to be advocating that our company cut its contract with Enterprise altogether. The disregard for safety of their chstomers is shocking.

  This was my 2nd time needing Enterprise for a vehicle rental. Jack at Enterprise Noblestown Rd is wonderful! I got a vehicle right away when I needed one. I wasn't nagged about when I was going to return it as things were so unpredictable as it was. I will most definitely do business with them again.

  It was a seamless experience of taking my personal car to an auto body shop for repair. The Enterprise rental agent met me at the autobody shop and took me back to Enterprise to do some paperwork and then explained the features of the car I would renting.

  It has been difficult for me to find a larger size passenger van and this place not only had one, but says they usually have one so this will likely be my new spot. They were a very friendly when I arrived. My van was ready for me and waiting in front when I arrived with easy transaction to get me on my way. It was also nice to have an after hour drop off box to return the keys.
