Client has continued to try and schedule the appointment, no one responds or even answers the phone anymore. I've tried to intervene and have also been given the runaround multiple times. The insurance company has already paid for the work to be done, and they have failed to complete it.

When I called on the original day it was due they said oh it won’t be done today, it will take another 4 days to finish it. When I called again the day before I was supposed to pick it up they said it would not be ready again until 2 more days and it is not painted. The total amount of time in the week they had my car they were actually working on it was 2 hours. I had to get my car back unpainted as I was ubering to school and places I needed to go. It wouldn’t be an issue if it was communicated in advance it would take over a week to finish this but the lack of communication and editing pickup times after I had to call to make sure it would be ready was unacceptable. There was no progress towards getting my car back until my insurance company had to call and talk to management about what was taking so long. I would not recommend this place if you need your vehicle back in a timely manner, even for small repairs which I was told mine was.
