It took 3 months to repair my car. We had to continuously call for updates. Got the runaround each time we called. Our car was sent to another garage for frame work. During this time they could not give us a status of the car. Told us it was responsible to call the other garage. Called and they couldn’t locate our car. Terrible record keeping when sending our car to another garage. When asking for Centerline to locate my car; I was told by John that it was “my fault”. How is it MY FAULT that your sister garage cannot locate my car. Kept being told the car was almost done, then told they ran into an issue (told this same thing at least 3 times). When we finally pushed to ask what is the issue - we were told their mechanic got arrested! Unbelievable - be honest and upfront with your customers.
Now, 2 months later we notice a small chip in the painted fender. They said the scratch was there prior to the repair. Two questions: 1) why did you paint a scratch that was not part of the accident; 2) You tried to show that the scratch was their earlier, yet were unable to zoom in on the photo to prove it (what we saw was dirt on the car).
Guarantee on their work is at their discretion — Not much of a guarantee!

In and out, had it done 5 days sooner than expected and deep cleaned the vehicle too. Glad that uhaul hit me so I could find a body shop in Pittsburgh. On the expensive side I feel like. But I dont know the going rates for body work, so I should just say the repair itself was expensive.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE ELSE YOU WILL REEGRET IT!
Took over a month to fix a plastic part non mental part included. CHanged completion date >15 times without reasonable reason and consistently have to call to get updates.
Took car home and noticed a dent on my car but they did not tell me! Claimed part that was not damaged in theri repair charges!
You deserve a ZERO STAR If there was zero star, I would have gladly rate you just that because that is what you deserve.

Had to get my car looked at after an accident and took it here. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Admittedly, was getting frustrated with them with how long it was taking but also didn't understand that it was looking towards being totaled (which hey, that's on me for that) and Snowmageddon Jr didn't help, but regardless they dealt with my endless calls and helped as much as they could. Good job overall, not the most welcome outcome but mehh, Frank N. Kia will get some rest now. 😂 Thanks for the help

I have had my car repaired at Centerline Collision and each time that I go, I am impressed by their ability to give an estimate quickly and then to repair it efficiently and correctly. They are so easy to work with and the staff is so friendly. They kept me updated about my car and had it finished in a timely manner. They are reasonable and so trustworthy. When the owner noticed that I was slightly overcharged, he called to explain what happen and sent me a refund. He could have kept that money and said nothing, but he didn't. He runs an ethical business and he is a good person. I will use this place any time I need my car repaired. You can trust these people! They do detailed work and help you with any questions that you have. I am so pleased that I found this place and even more pleased with their work.
