- SSStanuel Stanuel1 day ago3.0Came in to this store specifically to get a small bottle of DOT 3 brake fluid. They were completely out of every small bottle of DOT 3. That's a big fail for an auto parts store not to have the basics in stock. I didn't want or need a giant bottle, nor did I want to waste money on something I'll only use a small amount of. So I left and went to Advance Auto Parts across the street. Also, I've been at this AutoZone several times over the past year or so, and there's almost always some cashier who seems to hate his job and can't deal with customers, and just makes any question or product transaction become a miserable experience. I''ve had great customer service at this locatiom over the years from employees that probably aren't there any more. But lately not so much.

- RSRoman SantiniJan 4, 20261.0I call this auto auto zone to purchase a new battery, I was told by a different auto zone that they are supposed to install the battery, the employee who answered my phone call basically told me that is too cold for them to install the battery and that he's not willing to do it . I been to different auto zones and got a good service but this one in McKnight road is lacking good employees who are willing to help you and make sure you recive a good service.
