I was doing some work on my car yesterday and ran into some trouble. I went up there and they went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. I mainly interacted with the GM, Matt, who is awesome…but I have found the whole team to be incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In a world where customer service is a fleeting concept, it’s always very refreshing to find professionals who are amazing at their jobs and want to genuinely help people. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
