  They did a really good job on my car, but they made little mistake with my car’s collaboration and when I called them, they said I have to pay extra extra to get it fixed even though they’re the ones who made the mistake so I just think they should just honor that and fix their mistake

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m very happy with the work done on my car. The repair itself was excellent, but what really stood out to me was how clean and fresh my car felt when I picked it up. It smelled good, looked great, and I felt proud driving it home. Thank you for the care and attention you put into your work.

  Centerline Collision is outstanding. The staff is professional and courteous. Their work is excellent. Jeff and John provide you with regular, timely updates about the status of repairs. I don’t think you can find another body shop better than Centerline Collision.

  This shop is top notch! Someone ran into me on my drivers side and I had damages throughout the side of my car. To look at it now you would never know it was hit. They fixed everything with precision and expertise. They even detailed my car and it looks like a brand new car. And it wasn’t like they just patched it. I needed a new fender and that’s what they did. Josh went above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied with the repairs and I am completely satisfied. They kept me informed via text message every step of the way and called me when necessary. I never had to call them to see what was going on. The entire staff there was just amazing. They spent time with me when I picked up my car to make sure my concerns were addressed but quite honestly I didn’t have one single concern because they’re that good. Wish I would’ve taken before and after pictures. They are the best of the best! You won’t regret taking your car there.

  It took 3 months to repair my car. We had to continuously call for updates. Got the runaround each time we called. Our car was sent to another garage for frame work. During this time they could not give us a status of the car. Told us it was responsible to call the other garage. Called and they couldn’t locate our car. Terrible record keeping when sending our car to another garage. When asking for Centerline to locate my car; I was told by John that it was “my fault”. How is it MY FAULT that your sister garage cannot locate my car. Kept being told the car was almost done, then told they ran into an issue (told this same thing at least 3 times). When we finally pushed to ask what is the issue - we were told their mechanic got arrested! Unbelievable - be honest and upfront with your customers. Now, 2 months later we notice a small chip in the painted fender. They said the scratch was there prior to the repair. Two questions: 1) why did you paint a scratch that was not part of the accident; 2) You tried to show that the scratch was their earlier, yet were unable to zoom in on the photo to prove it (what we saw was dirt on the car). Guarantee on their work is at their discretion — Not much of a guarantee! --------------------------------------------------------------- One week delay due to our car being considered "totaled" does not justify 3 months for the car to be completed. We were not told until the end that our car had be considered totaled (again, we were left in the dark). The issue with the mechanic at your sister garage was not told to us until we pushed after weeks of not getting a straight answer. We were NOT kept updated! We asked for an update weekly, but it never happened. We had to call ourselves for an update and then were responsible for calling your sister garage for the status. We quit talking to John due to his rudeness and dismissiveness toward us. We then only would talk with Wayne. Again, we had to keep calling for updates. The rental car was arranged after our request - since the car was still 1-2 weeks from being completed! We disagree with your decision regarding the scratch, but understand that is how your guarantee works "at your option". The scratch that is now chipping was painted, how is that not part of your repair? You definitely lost a customer and we have shared our entire experience with others.
