- ARA RobinsonMar 19, 20261.0Went to AutoZone to get a car battery and the employees refused to wait on me. Ignored me and waited on another customer even though I was in line. Terrible service and attitude. I walked out when I realized I would not be helped.
- ACA CZMar 10, 20261.0Ordered duralast GOLD brake pads and rotors. Ended up getting regular which are $30 less per rotor. Didn't realize until after i installed them. In order to be corrected, i had to buy the regular set, and wait for a refund for the more expensive set. Since the regular set was already installed, i wasn't taking them off. So I currently have $600 dollars tied up in just front rotors and waiting on a $318 refund that will take god knows how long. I should have checked yes, but the employee HAS 1 JOB TO DO. Make sure you check your orders before leaving. I love how every company/business takes that money out instantly, but when they mess up, you should get it back in a week, or longer. The transaction was approved, i got my parts, granted they were wrong, should have refunded in cash since you already had my funds. Maybe I'll get my $318 back this year sometime.

So I asked about it, and spoke with Rob. We looked through the flashlights and found nothing, as I expected. But then he said wait a minute... Let's look one more place. He walked me to the back of a store on an end cap in an extremely obscure place that most people would not have thought of and he found the equivalent of exactly what I was looking for. Yay for customer service. Yay for people who know what stock they have in their store and where it is. Yay for an overall badbum store experience. Thanks, Rob!!! You're the best!!
