  Order break pads and rotors online because they have great deals. I went to pick it up and because of my mistake I didn't realize that the hardware for the break pads were not included. The kid that was working there. Was extremely rude through out the whole interaction. I asked if the clips were there and he proceeded to tell me. " they are in the bow with the pads" and points at the break squealer. I tell him that that's not what I am talking about. And I tell him that he needs to learn to talk to people because he is extremely rude. The manager comes out and sorts everything out for us. The KICKER HERE IS. THIS KID CALLS ME FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER AFTER HE GETS OFF WORK AND PROCEEDS TO TRY AND INTIMIDATED ME. TRIES TO SAY HE IS OFF WORK NOW AND WHAT AM I WANT TO DO NOW, LIKE HE IS TRYING TO FIGHT ME. HE ALSO DOES THIS AFTER THE STORE IS CLOSED. WILL MOST DEFINITELY GO BACK TO TALK TO THE MANAGER THERE. AND I HOPE AUTOZONE DOES A VETTER JOB AT TRAINING THEIR EMPLOYEES!

  Had a big scare during the snowstorm: My car flatout didnt start. Got a jump from my neighbor and got a battery replaced here! Shoutout to Diana and Mike, They were nice and helpful the entire time and i was outta there in 10 minutes tops!

  A young man named Josh wax very helpful to me. He showed me to everything I needed to buy in the store and also braved the frigid temperatures to help me put windshield washer fluid in my car. The world needs more people like Josh. Made my day!
