I have been struggling with my buddies ball joints for days and have been Sick since Friday. I walked into the store and these guys seen I could use some help. John went and even got his own personal tools and they all helped me get this ball joint set so quickly! Thank you, so much again guys! These guys were so great I literally want to get together with the bikes and go riding! I appreciated this so much!

Customer service skills were not existent same with her willingness to be anything other than useless. She was extremely rude from the second we walked into the store. I will never go back to this specific location.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
