    Just purchased my second suv from Videon and they were a pleasure to work with again. Mark made everything so simple and easy and stayed in contact with me when a car that fit my specific criteria came on the lot, which was very helpful. Chris made the financing paperwork & process quick and easy too. All around a great experience and I’d go back. Very authentic guys.

    I have a 2022 chevy camaro LT1 which i had custom built and bought there, perfect. Then went to get oil change. BEWARE OF SERVICE PRICING. They charged me $225 just for the oil!!. $22.95 a qt.!! Told me it takes high performance 0W40.mobile1. In total with oil change and tire rotation only, $315! I was infuriated and kept being told its expensive oil. I wasnt getting my car until I paid!! After much research and calling 4 other chevy dealers, the most expensive there was $260. I looked up the oil.. Its $8-$13 a quart or $30 for 5 qts. Say what??? They all kept looking at price in system. There is only 1 videon chevy, so i reached out to other videon. I had to continue to beg them to please look up the price. The owner finally said they priced it incorrectly so charged me $18 a qt and i did get an immediate refund of $52. If I hadnt continued to push, i would have been out more than I should.

    Provided dealership with written diagnosis from an out of state Chevy dealer that loss of power was the result of turbo needing replacement. Videon denied the problem. After multiple loss of power occurrences over the next two years Videon diagnosed the turbo required replacement. Now out of warranty they got GM to pick up the cost and acted like they did me a favor. Sales process was good but don’t go for service for anything more than an oil change RESPONSE: I stand by my original review. I provided a service order from another Chevrolet dealer confirming that the turbo required replacement, including the applicable warranty diagnosis code. Despite this, your team did not contact Frederick Chevrolet to verify the issue—something that could have quickly resolved the situation and satisfied Chevrolet’s documentation requirements. Instead, your response focuses on explanations rather than accountability. There has been no apology and no acknowledgment that your technicians failed to identify the issue or take reasonable steps to investigate further. A qualified Chevrolet dealer diagnosed the problem, and that documentation was provided, yet no effort was made to confirm the diagnosis or understand the discrepancy. From my perspective, the vehicle was test-driven and the issue was simply dismissed. That is not an acceptable standard of service. This reinforces my concern: your team failed both in diagnosing the issue and in communicating with another authorized Chevrolet dealer. Even now, there has been no acknowledgment of that breakdown. A simple call and a more thorough effort could have avoided this entirely. I would not have needed further assistance if the issue had been properly handled from the outset. In my opinion, “not my fault” is not an acceptable response—especially when there is no willingness to take responsibility.
