Tommy's Car Wash
I went to Tommy's Car Wash, the girl at the stand was super sweet and friendly. The line moved quickly and the results were great. They have everything you need so it's a one stop shop. My back wiper did come off. I told the attendant and he quickly got a manager. Gave them my information and they had the replacement within two days. Greg went out of his way to call me and ask when a good time would be. He installed it was pleasant and my car is back to being right. Thanks Greg for the wonderful customer service and pleasant conversation!!! I will be back 🚘

I have the unlimited sub for “the works” and with pollen coming I’ve been through 3 times in one week, definitely worth it. My car comes clean each time and I love the floor mat washers with the free vacuums and drying cloths

Given the 5 star service I received, I had to leave a quick review. Stopped at Tommy’s car wash in Phoenixville this morning and had a great experience.
The staff was especially friendly and helpful. Chaz and the other gentleman working the window (sorry I didn’t catch his name!) were both welcoming and made the whole process smooth.
The drive-through was quick and couldn't be more efficient. No guardrails (bonus!), free vacuum stations, clean drying towels, mat cleaner, and air guns made detailing so convenient.
The wash did an excellent job...my car came out looking spotless, and even took care of built-up brake dust, leaving them noticeably shiny. Overall rating A+

BROKE OUR WINDSHIELD. I’m writing this on behalf of my daughter, who had a really disappointing experience here. She took her car through the wash recently, and during the process, a brush came down extremely hard on her windshield. I’m not sure if it malfunctioned or what, but it ended up cracking her windshield pretty badly (see photo).
She brought it to the staff’s attention right away, but it was basically dismissed. She was told the damage must have already been there and that she would need to go through her own insurance. That was very frustrating to hear, especially since I personally saw the car before she left and there was no crack in the windshield.
My daughter did try to post about her experience, but for whatever reason it didn’t seem to show up, so I’m sharing this just to make others aware.
I understand that things can happen, but it’s really about how situations are handled. In this case, there didn’t seem to be any accountability or effort to make it right, which is disappointing.
Just sharing our experience so others can be informed.
