I called Mavis the following morning to see if I could bring the vehicle in to be checked. Craig answered the phone and was extremely friendly and helpful, assuring me I could stop by at my convenience. When I arrived, Kim at the front desk assisted me with check‑in. She was welcoming, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I explained the situation and my timing needs, and she was very understanding and accommodating. Kim later called to update me that they were able to safely plug the tire. The turnaround time was quick, and the service was completed free of charge, which was completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. Customer service like this is rare. I will absolutely return and will be recommending this location to others. The shop was clean, and the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly committed to providing excellent service.
