  Customer service was great. Our rental was great. Highly satisfied with the cars safety features, comfort, durability, and smooth ride. Not great on gas, but would sacrifice for all other attributes. Plenty of options to take advantage of to add to your peace of mind during rental period. Would Highly recommend, and would utilize this facility for a future rental. Competitive pricing. Very satisfied.

  ߮߰🖤߮߬ 🖤߮߬ Uh-mazin experience! Top notch customer service from Pat(branch manager i believe). From start to when i had to extend my rental was such a breeze. What an excellent team! I highly recommend 👌 ☺️

  The worst experience. I called in and reserved a vehicle and scheduled a time to be picked up 2:30-3pm. At 3:30p I called and asked why I haven't been picked up. First phone call drops and I call back and speak with a different person and he apologizes and makes a new reservation but says they can't pick me up. He tells me to come in and says to be there at 4p, also sends a email confirmation with time and vehicle. I Uber there and nobody is there, so I wait along with a few people who arrived after I did. They finally arrive and proceed to tell me that they don't have a car and he told me they didn't on the phone. He tells me that I talked to him, but somehow I made the reservation with someone else. I show the email that he sent after our call and he denies it saying the reservation team sent it and that I talked to them on the phone. At the same time he's telling me that it was him I talked to. The manager finally steps in and he tells me that I must not have called that enterprise. I show him my call log stating I did and the email confirmation they sent me. They both now say that I talked to someone else even though I showing them different. After much arguing, he says I'll try to get you a car. It's what I had been saying from jump, get me a car. Over an hour in now they decide to remedy their mistake that they're still denying they made. At 6p they get me to K.O.P. and get me a vehicle. This would be zero stars if I could rate it a zero. Not a single bit of accountability or any remedy or soothing the situation. Just lies and rudeness. Don't go to this location in Phoenixville.

  Very accommodating. Needed to change out the 1st car due to minot issues but they quickly provided another which was very good. I was very satisfied.
