  Happy to have driven 100 miles to Videon Chevrolet Greeted immediately upon entering the showroom and it only got better after that. Superior service where the dealer values the customer. Sales/support team were second to none. Every car dealer should be a thorough as Videon. They put me behind the wheel of my new-to- me Cadillac Blackwing. Thank you Melissa and Mark.

  Over my years I have purchased several new vehicles along with several certified pre-owned vehicles. It has always been an arduous task. Sales people that make you feel like you are doing them a favor by purchasing a vehicle from them, like you have interrupted their day by asking questions, or made to feel as if you are a nuisance. An inconvenience because you don’t know every detail of information needed to proceed with a purchase off the top of your head. Not to mention there always seems to be an issue to contend with. Allow me to tell you about my experience at Videon Chevrolet of Phoenixville. Superb, Outstanding, Pleasant, Accommodating, Easy, Smooth………. As can be very apparent, it could not have been any better of an experience. Phil Bransford, our sales person could not have been anymore of a pleasant, knowledgeable, and genuine person. Phil was on top of his game, everything in order and seamless. We actually enjoyed our time spent with him at the dealership. It wasn’t about making a sale and moving on. It was more about “us” and the purchase we were making. Phil knew the process, knew about the vehicle we were interested in, and knew how to convey everything as if we have known him for years. We weren’t a number, we were people. Hats off to Phil for being a true professional and a real person!!! As far as the paperwork process, all of the very same can be said about Jeff, the GSM!! What normally seems to be hours upon hours, a plethora of information, and explanations, along with all the formalities that have to be taken care of that are surely monotonous to him. Jeff was every bit a courteous, pleasant, professional, genuine person as Phil. A lot can be said for the owners of Videon of Phoenixville on how they run their dealership and have assembled an exceptional staff! The larger chain dealerships could certainly learn a lot from them! Thank you Phil, Jeff, and everyone we encountered at Videon!!

  Bought a 2026 Silverado 1500 from Videon Chevrolet. Colin, the salesman I worked with was great. We ended up with a great deal that met my needs perfectly. First GM product I have purchased in many years. The delivery process was fast and efficient. Small dealership but big on value.
