  Colin was very thorough and very nice and respectful. He helped me get the price that I could afford and if I have any questions or concerns he made me feel like I could come to him and I definitely would. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and I would buy another car from them. I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

  This was a very disappointing experience. I was working on a deal with a salesperson named David, who collected all of my information but did a poor job following up. I had to call multiple times just to get updates. Eventually, I was told they would not do business with me because I did not want to come into the dealership to complete the purchase. This was confusing and frustrating, as I clearly explained from the beginning how I intended to proceed with the transaction. What made the situation even more concerning was that the terms seemed to change after they saw my identification. It’s difficult not to question whether race played a role in how this was handled. As someone who currently has two auto loans with GM and has been a loyal Chevy customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism, consistency, and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience left me deeply disappointed
