I've had my car serviced here several times and it has always been a positive experience. It's the only mechanic shop that hasn't tried to upsell me on unneccesary things... their communication feels clear and honest. The manager, Kim, is extremely organized and professional. She recently comped a service for me because of a longer wait time. They recognize the value of customer service and because of that, I will be a loyal customer.

I went to Mavis for the first time about 2 weeks ago to get 2 new tires and an alignment done. They took my car in the same day when other local shops told me their first openings were not until later that week. Mike is the man! He is friendly and kind and I get a sense that he genuinely cares about his customers. Late last Sunday night I noticed my tire had a decent puncture hole but again I called Mavis for help on Monday. They brought my car in early Monday morning. The crew checked all the air pressure in the other tires and took the time to reset the difficult sensor without me asking. I waited anxiously in the lobby thinking there was no hope for the damaged tire. Mike came over and sat with me to small talk and help me feel comfortable. The mechanics plugged and patched the hole like new and I couldn’t be happier with the same day service and kind staff at Mavis :) With gratitude to the mechanics and Mike, you guys are awesome!

I had an extremely uncomfortable visit at Mavis Tire. The male manager/desk worker was overly flirtatious, invaded my personal space, and made inappropriate comments that made me feel unsafe. A friend warned me not to go after her own disturbing experience—she was physically touched by the same manager twice and had to loudly tell him to stop. The building is dirty, with a waiting area and bathroom that look like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Between the unprofessional, invasive conduct and the unhygienic conditions, I do not recommend this location, especially for women. I am now consulting my attorney about the unwanted sexual comments and physical contact.

I own a Mini and, as anyone knows, Mini tires are notorious for losing air at the first hint of cold weather. Right front tire dropped dramatically overnight, so I chalked it up to the usual autumn drop and stopped in at Mavis Discount Tire in Phoenixville to get it (and the other three tires) pumped up. But the guys there discovered that the right front tire was dramatically lower than the others... and once they put it on the lift to check, they found it actually had a hole in it! Although I'd walked in without an appointment, they very graciously patched that tire within 10 minutes. So grateful to Mike and Justin for caring enough to investigate further, diagnose and resolve the problem, and get me on my way quickly... and most important, SAFELY. Highly recommend these guys!
