    Very easy to set up rental and they were willing to pick me up where I was having my car serviced.

    Absolutely terrible service. I was told they had a car for me. Then they called me later that day to tell me they didn’t have it yet but they will first thing in the morning. So while walking there at the time they told me I got called again and was told they don’t have any vehicles in the entire region and I would be called as soon as they have something available. Never got a call back. They also charged my credit card 80$ for insurance for a car I never even got. Do not recommend Enterprise of Phoenixville.

    Needed a rental for a few weeks while my car was recovering from an unfortunate encounter with a deer. Insurance covered it, car was great, the folks who checked me in and out and shuttled me were friendly and helpful. No complaints!
