My experiences with Enterprise at both the Collegeville and Phoenixville locations have been extremely disappointing. At Collegeville, I dealt with a manager named Brandon who misrepresented rentals more than once, promising one thing, then providing old, dirty cars that were nothing like what was agreed to. He even rented me a visibly wrecked vehicle, which I filled up and to bring back because it drove horribly and he had the audacity to tell me that the wrecked car just received an oil change which is unsafe, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Most recently, he even suggested I take a minivan I never reserved.
At the Phoenixville location, is where Brandon actually rented me a wrecked 2024 Nissan Versa with scratches all over and provided me with a rush job car wash when I had originally requested a Volkswagen Jetta. The office itself smelled like mildew and felt dirty and poorly maintained, but the bigger issue was the car. I was shocked why would anyone rent out a wrecked vehicle, let alone to a woman who made it clear she was going to pick up her children from the airport? With Brandon, I felt rushed, profiled, and treated unfairly. Both times I’ve had bad experiences because of him, and it feels like lies and deceit are part of his process.
To be fair, Spencer, who picked me up, was extremely kind and professional, and Patrick Gray did the best he could to put me in something when Brandon fell short. But even then, the SUV I was given drove terribly rough, hard, and not smooth at all. I honestly felt like Patrick’s hands were tied because of Brandon’s negligence in how he manages rentals.
I would sincerely appreciate if someone from Enterprise corporate could reach out to me regarding this experience. Customers deserve better care, honesty, and accountability than what I encountered.
