  I had a great experience with Sixt, thanks to Chris, the senior branch manager. He was able to accommodate me seamlessly and made the entire rental process smooth and stress free. His customer service was excellent, very professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond like he did. I truly appreciate the effort and would definitely rent from this location again because of him.

  I can't say enough about the great service I received when renting a car from Sixt! I had a flight cancelation in Philadelphia and had to reschedule out of Dulles. I was tired, dragging two large suitcases and just wanting to get to my destination. Kelvin went above and beyond for me! He pulled the rental car to the door, loaded my heavy bags, made sure I knew how to use all the tech on theSUV he gave me an upgrade on, and sent me on my way with a smile. All around excellent customer service!

  It positive experience from beginning to end. A very short wait for the shuttle driver to take us to the facility, where there was no wait at all. This agency is well staffed with courteous and engaging individuals. They are quick and efficient and get you on your way quickly. Thanks to Dahren for helping me chalk up another great rental experience with Sixt!

  Rental was great until a week after drop off when Sixt started sending notices of damage to the vehicle claiming $2k was owed. Not only was the vehicle returned in the same condition as it was picked up, all attempts to contact Sixt about it went unanswered. I googled Sixt class action settlement and quickly found out that they do this regularly. Not worth the headache - I will be avoiding Sixt on all future rentals

  Chris Oliver is an incredibly kind and professional person. His attitude and customer service are truly outstanding—very attentive, understanding, and helpful throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us secure a rental car when we really needed it. The experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. We genuinely appreciate his effort and care. Because of Chris, we will definitely be coming back to this location again. Highly recommended!😀
