  Unlike other National car rental centers, you have to go to the counter even if you made a reservation. No big deal though, it was quick and efficient. When I went, there was only two car options and they were both SUVs. Once you get the car key, you just take the elevator around the corner and walk to your designated spot for your car and drive out. Ezpz For returns, it's easy to miss the car return sign but if you loop around Arch Street, stick to your left until you see the rental car return sign which is kinda small. If you miss it, just keep popping around sticking to your left. Once you're in, you just drive straight down and park the car at the end and someone will be there to take your keys. Great experience picking up and return. No issues

  Great service, clean cars, fast checkout, good prices. I use National every chance I get at the Philadelphia Airport.

  No temp paper ID accepted. Not that that was the problem but there was a customer service agent that didn't like his job named Evan. Claimed to be the manager. Very rude stand off ish. Again not that the paper ID was an issue for me but the attitude and aggression makes it seem like this guy doesn't want a job in customer service prolly couldn't get another one somewhere else. Classic hate their life scenario.

  The staff at National at 30th street station in Philadelphia make the rental car experience very easy. They are nice, helpful, and quick. I drop off my car and walk away. I do not worry about gas or dents. They are always honest. I rent a car from them at least once a month, sometimes more. There is a different rental car company a 10 minute walk from my house that I've tried, but disliked the experience, so now I exclusively use National. I'd much rather take the subway to and from this location for the ease and worry free experience.

  Service was really good. The representative at 30th street Station, Philadelphia was very courteous made a whole business great.
