I had a great experience at Mavis. Lindsay was awesome, she was very kind, explained what services I needed, and even showed me why I needed them. I always trust Mavis folks to not sell me extra services that I don’t actually need, and this was the case here as well. Everything was done much faster than I expected. Thanks to this team!
Fantastic, took very good care of me! Came in with shaking and not having a smooth ride, was suggested it was most likely a tire balance issue and not a wheel alignment issue. Hooked me up with a 4 tire balance special and also inspected the rest of my car and gave further recommendations on what I should probably keep an eye on in the future to keep my car running clean and smooth!

I had an excellent experience at Midas Tire Shop and wanted to take a moment to recognize the team for their outstanding service.
From the moment I walked in, Khalif set the tone for the visit with his warm, welcoming smile and top-tier customer service. He was courteous, attentive, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.
Donnie, the mechanic who worked on my tires, truly went above and beyond. Not only did he take care of the repair efficiently, but he also took the time to explain other issues I’ve been experiencing with my vehicle. That level of care and willingness to educate a customer is something you don’t see every day.
Overall, my visit was a 10/10. The professionalism, kindness, and expertise from both Khalif and Donnie made a lasting impression. I honestly wish I had cash on hand to tip them—it was absolutely well deserved.
Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest, friendly, and knowledgeable service

I had occasion to visit the Mavis store in Franklin Mills this morning, (27 Apr 2026), and from the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Khalief, and a few moments later by Lindsay. As it had been a particularly rough couple of days for me and I was somewhat anxious, their friendliness and concern instantly put me at ease
As a retired disabled Veteran, I was dealing with some cognition issues today and both Khalief and Lindsay very graciously explained all the steps and processes to help me make the decisions necessary for for minor repairs and then state inspection. Both were extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. They made sure my car's issues were addressed and fixed appropriately, and that they were done in a very timely fashion, despite the fact that I was a walk-in.
Lindsay's knowledge and leadership skills were very apparent to me in the way she interacted with both her workers and her customers, and she seems to share a certain synergy with them. It came as no surprise to me that she is a proud USAF veteran, and it was very obvious that she still carries the Air Force's core values of service before self, honesty, and integrity into her duties at Mavis, and that she truly is an amazing asset.
I cannot express enough gratitude and appreciation for the assistance that Lindsay and Khalief provided, as well as the whole Mavis team.

After multiple visits to this location, I feel it’s necessary to share a more accurate and complete account of my experience, because at this point it has been consistently frustrating and unacceptable.
The biggest issue here is the wait time—it is completely unreasonable. Not once, but every single visit.
During my first visit for a vehicle inspection, I waited approximately five hours. While the technician conducted a detailed and thorough evaluation of my suspension—which I do appreciate—that level of delay for a standard inspection is unreasonable.
My second visit was for a wheel alignment. I was advised the wait would be minimal; however, I remained there for approximately six hours. More concerning, the service itself appears to have been ineffective, as my vehicle continues to drift to the left.
My third visit confirmed a pattern. I scheduled a 9:00 AM appointment specifically to avoid the prolonged wait times I previously experienced. I arrived on time, yet by 12:00 PM my vehicle had not been moved from the lot. I was then informed that in order to be serviced promptly, I would need to be “first in line,” which directly contradicts the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Even with an appointment, there is no adherence to scheduled times, resulting in hours of unnecessary waiting.
Additionally, the customer environment does not support the extended wait times. The facility is uncomfortably cold, and there is little consideration given to customer comfort despite the length of time customers are expected to remain on-site.
Pricing is another major concern. I was quoted over $6,000 for suspension work,. There was no effort made to review options, apply discounts, or provide any level of pricing flexibility. In contrast, the Frankford location provided a quote for alignment, tire rotation, and tire balance, and applied a discount without issue. The difference in both pricing approach and overall customer service was significant.
I will be providing documentation of my quote once I have access to it, as the pricing alone raises serious concerns.
At this point, I will not be returning to the Woodhaven location. The ongoing issues with excessive wait times, lack of scheduling integrity, uncomfortable environment, and inflated pricing make this location difficult to recommend.
Customers should be aware that appointments do not guarantee timely service here, and should plan accordingly or consider alternative locations.
