  This garage is kinda ridiculous now. I used to live in the area years ago and was a monthly parker and everything was great. Post Covid, they randomly started charging me again even though I had cancelled over a year ago at that point. Weird but got that situation taken cared of (even though it took a couple of months..) They have most of the garage blocked off now for residents only (at this point it should just be a garage for the apartment building and not even offer to the Public) so you either have to park in the flood zone or go all the way to the top (even if you are a monthly parker). I tried parking there one day and the kiosk would not let me in, it said the garage was full. Me and another person were both having issues and when the attendant (finally) came down he was very rude saying the garage is full and we had to BACK OUT through the entrance. That is absolutely ridiculous (and nearly impossible?) This garage has gone down hill. Meanwhile, as he’s saying it’s full, there is a constant stream of cars exiting the garage which I’m sure he does not keep track of or care. They need a better system in place here that actually makes sense. This used to be a great garage to park in - hopefully they can get it together!

  Parker Beware: You are parking here at your own risk. This garage has seen countless break-ins, catalytic converters stolen and the management company refuses to rectify the situation. Police even laughed at the lack of security from the management company. Do not park here.
