- HWHeather WardenMar 8, 20261.0UPDATE..called the number left on my review, and the gentleman i spoke with said he doesn't do the PhilIy area and provided me with another number that doesn't even offer me the option to speak with someone. The 2 options i was offered was, i can search the company directory by name (i have no idea who that would even be) or option 2 was i could get transferred to HR. Customer service is non existent, so i am out of all that money. I booked online and paid $39 as we were staying at the sonesta hotel and it was close. When I got there, my bar code wouldn't scan, so I had to get a ticket and ended up paying ANOTHER $55 to park in addition to the original amount I paid online. I tried to call the customer service to try to fix it, and was on hold for over 15 minutes so I just hung up. Probably won't use again

- SSShivSep 9, 20194.0This is garage is alright. You park the car yourself and access the floor through the elevator. You have to go up a couple of levels because the first few are all reserved spaces. Also note that you have to enter to the place on the left side of the ramp. Having the ability to book this place and access it though a phone is nice. Garage can also be accessed through the 1818 Market St building.
