  Went to park there one night, but could not find any parking. There were no signs in the front suggesting that the garage was full. When I left, I was still responsible for paying $8. At the moment, I didn't think too much of it as the worker there said that the company would see I was there for a short amount of time, so they would refund me. A week passes and no refund. I called today to see what happened to the refund, and the customer service rep told me that you will only get a refund if you were under the 15 min grace period. First of all, I thought I was in there for less than 15 mins. Secondly, I don't think I would have made the 15 mins if I continued going up to the highest level, which is probably over 20 floors as I tried going back at around level P. The customer service rep was trying to tell me that they don't have a garage that is more than 7 levels, which is a complete lie! Also, garage is so narrow, you're trying not to scratch your car, so of course you aren't going to speed down narrow spaces within the alloted time. I will avoid using LAZ parking in the future as the whole setup seems unprofessional and sketchy. Hopefully others learn from my mistake when looking for parking here in Philadelphia.

  Employees at this site are rude or not present. I cancelled my MONTHLY subscription on 11/29 and they did not let me use my pass on 11/30. I asked to be reimbursed for the one day that I had already paid for. The boy working proceeded to accuse me of being intoxicated, which I was not. Do not park where. They also over booked the site on the night of the superbowl so I had nowhere to park even tho I pay $350/month.
