- SVSthe VaApr 9, 20261.0I visited this location for a car inspection and had a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, all the employees were inside the office on their phones. I honked to get their attention, but no one came out to assist me. I eventually had to drive my car inside—since the door was open—and honk again before someone finally responded. The employee who came out appeared visibly annoyed, as if assisting a customer was an inconvenience. During the inspection, my car was left noticeably dirty, and no apology or acknowledgment was offered. Additionally, I believe personal hygiene is absolutely essential when dealing with the public, and unfortunately, that standard was not met. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and hope this business improves both its professionalism and customer care.
