- PRPC The RulerApr 24, 20261.0Horrible customer service. Went for an oil change, pulled up and nobody greeted me or asked me what I came for. Must of been thee for 15 mins with no contact. Finally they waved me in and just opened the hood and still not asking me what I came for. Young lady approaches me and in a very short way, just said, “oil change?” After I told her yes, the mechanic started chatting about some type of nut that was associated with the oil change procedure. After another 10 mins of waiting, I guess the manager comes over and says to the mechanics, like what’s the deal? And they said there was a problem with the nut somewhere. He then shuts the car hood and says, “oh yea we can’t help you sorry” Shortly after I just went to my mechanic and got the oil change no problem. I gave these guys a chance and it was a horrid experience. No customer service and apparently no mechanical skill or just didn’t feel like working. Just an overall bad taste in my mouth. They made a lot of simple things complicated by just not being courteous. Never will go back or recommend
