- CDChris Diiior3 days ago5.0My time and experience at GoodYear Auto Services was not bad at all. It was pretty good. I must admit that my advisor, Jorge Rios, was very hard working and professional. When I got there a little before 10 am, he had a lot going on but he still acknowledged me with respect and told me to give him a second. Overall, the work that was done to my vehicle was done properly and the service was really good due to Jorge. Shout out to him.

Jorge especially stood out for his honesty, initiative, and for making things right without me even needing to complain. That level of customer service and honesty goes a long way, especially in the auto business. I’ll definitely be returning.
- DNDesign NYCMar 29, 20265.0I went there to replace a front headlight bulb on the passenger side, but I asked them to change both bulbs so the brightness would match. They took care of me right away and replaced both bulbs quickly. The price was reasonable, and the front desk guy was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future car maintenance.
