  Very smooth and easy way to book over the phone and pick the car rental at a closer distance from my house. And ever better the experience with droping the car at another facility out of state all staff were very professional and helpful making the experience a very satisfying one. Thank you

  Renting a vehicle from Enterprise was a very pleasant experience for me and I would certainly go back again if the need occurs again.

  I will admit I have not been a big enterprise fan because of past experiences. However, from the start when I called them to schedule to be picked up from Modern Collision, Jordan has been excellent. Let’s talk about top notch customer service. Not to say everyone wasn’t cordial and professional, but Jordan demonstrated patience and exceptional customer service to everyone who came in on that extremely busy Monday. I also was contacted by Simone to update my contract and had a pleasant experience. Next time I need a rental, I know exactly where I’m going. Thank you enterprise team for your courtesy and professionalism!

  I gave a 3 stars because of lack of information given at the time of rental. The rental was more than what the insurance company covered and that was not mentioned until the vehicle was brought back, by phone the next day. Bad business. 👎 Other than that, everything else was fine.
