  If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a reservation for this location and when I arrived the person at the counter proceeded to ignore me so another individual came forward to help. She identified herself as Gabby the asst. manager. She began the check in process and advised I was in a tier considered gray circle. Which means I need to bring a utility bill. I explained I just moved into the area and will not have a bill for 30days I offered a paystub, a bill from my college tuition. She insisted I needed a utility bill said she would ask a regional manager. 1 hour passed she was adamant about a utility bill. I told her I’ve never dealt with such scrutiny and I can’t produce a bill I don’t have that’s fraud and to have this manager call me. It’s been 4 days never received a call. This crew is very bias and liars! Gave me a whole story about Philadelphia being a high risk territory. The only issue with Philadelphia is this team!

  Very good location to rent all i have to say is thanks gaby for helping me get in the road on the first place but most important thanks to Matt he help me when i need it the car longer than 30 days and really help me extended for a couple days until i was able to get my own car great job very proffesional and helpful staff at this enterprise location
