  The customer service rep that helped me was very pleasant and it was a quick interaction. It was a nice vehicle and accommodated my needs. Unfortunately the car did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned after previous rental. The inside windshield was dirty, I found a wireless mouse in the center console and a used bandaid in the upper part of the flip top center storage. This is a great location for ppl in the city cause it’s close to the 2nd & sprig garden stop on the market-Frankford L

  I've been renting vehicles from the Front St; & Spring Garden St; location for about 2 years now.. I usually get good customer service every time i pick up a vehicle there. But this month of April/07/2026, i had reserved a "Mid Size Vehicle", which seats 5 people with room for 3 pieces of luggage. The gentleman that waited on me during pickup of the vehicle, was mild mannered, but when he took me to look over the vehicle,, I noticed it was a "Small Economy Vehicle", which seats 4 people with little luggage/storage space.. So i mentioned to him, that i had reserved a "Mid Size Vehicle", and he stated to me that the "Economy Vehicle" and other similar size vehicles, up to the "Mid Size Vehicles" are the same rental price.. Since i didn't want to dispute the issue with him, and just wanted to pickup a good rental vehicle, i agreed on renting the Small Economy Vehicle.. I'm considering to rent from another "Enterprise Car Rental Location", if this happens again..

  I had a great experience at Enterprise thanks to Ronald Paz Soldan. After being in a car accident the day before, I walked in feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unsure about the rental process. Ronald immediately stepped in and made everything so much easier. He helped me find the perfect rental car quickly, and I was back on the road in less than 24 hours after my accident. His kindness, patience, and knowledge really stood out during a stressful time for me. I truly appreciated how smoothly he handled everything. If I ever need a rental again, I will definitely be coming back and asking for Ronald. Thank you so much!

  Much to my surprise I was told by the employee of the Front/SpringGarden location that their rental rates are based on calendar days. Meaning that if I rent today and return the vehicle the next day I will be charged for two days. That sounds really strange. I always thought that if I rented today and returned the next day it counted as one day. I WONDER IF THIS LOCATION IS RUNNING A SCAM. Or am I that far out of touch. I think I'll call the corporate office for further clarification.
