  If you’re in the Germantown/Mount Airy area, or near, rent from this enterprise. Extremely helpful and efficient. They communicate effectively. Entire rental process was easy.

  Although I mistakenly went to the incorrect location, the rental agent was kind and accommodating. She was able to get me a vehicle and was willing to allow me to change to another vehicle if necessary.

  Great service at this location. Rae , the account manager, was terrific: friendly, professional, and helped get me on my way with the car rental quickly and efficiently. My wife and I almost always rent from Enterprise at this location when needed and it generally is a great experience. Thanks, Team Enterprise!
