I mean, I asked for an inexpensive vehicle and I got it…I was offered an upgrade and declined as I just wanted a small cheap ride. Staff at the south Phila branch were great, even at 7:30am! The thing I did NOT like was being confronted at pickup with a $500 hold on my credit card w no advance warning during the entire booking process. Like, none. Worse, upon return, I learned that while the refund would be immediate as stated, the funds would take a few days to hit my account. I should have been told about this at the start.
