- TSTharun SriramApr 6, 20263.0I have rented from this location several times. The cars are usually clean and haven't had any issues. One time, there was a bad manager who claimed pieces were missing off the car and damaged and tried to falsely claim I did them. Would watch out for bad staff like that.

When I returned the car, Evan was professional, super friendly, and the process was lightning-fast. A wonderful experience at this 19th & Chestnut Enterprise branch. Thanks so much and big hugs!

I was helped by Ronni (hopefully I spelled your name correctly) when I arrived to return my rental I was unaware that the location was scheduled to close early today and although Ronni had already locked up the store for the day Ronni took the time to process my return of my rental. Ronni you're AWESOME. Thank you again so much for being understanding, patient and kind and taking the time to process my rental return.
