  I had a wonderful experience with Enterprise the weekend of 4/18. From the moment I picked up my car to the moment I returned it. Even though there was some confusion about the reservation Cindy (Philadelphia Airport) remained calm and professional. It was very pleasant working with her. The return was quick and again professional with Wilifredo (I hope I spelled it correctly). Everyone I dealt with those days were top of the line. Thank you, Enterprise.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rentals. The employees who assisted me were highly professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the process. They also provided very helpful guidance on how to get around Philadelphia, which made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. The vehicle I rented for the three days was fantastic, clean, reliable, and exceptionally smooth to drive. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Enterprise Rentals to anyone in need of a quality car rental experience. Gbenga David Olupitan

  Unfortunately, the car got a flat tire just 30 miles after picking up the car at the PHL airport. I was on the PA turnpike, called the Enterprise emergency number and was advised Enterprise could not assist me as I had to call the turnpike authority. I asked how I did that and the representative could not tell me how I could contact the turnpike authority and hung up on me. Then I call AAA and they advised me to dial *11 on my phone, so I did and the turnpike authority sent their Safety truck and then a tow truck to change the tire. I called Enterprise back and asked how I could get another car. I advised I was headed to Reading, PA and knew there was a Enterprise on Morgantown Rd. First the rep said no there isn't, then said oh I found it. He said take the car there and they will provide another car. He said he would advise that location I was coming. I went there; they had no idea I was coming and had no available cars. The Asst Mgr, Ashley Kling, made arrangements for me to take the car to a specific tire store the next morning to get a new tire put on the car. Bottom line, Enterprise Emergency customer service needs customer service training!!!! Very disappointed!!!!

  My family and I waited at the car rental pick up at the PHL airport for 37 minutes. several rental companies stopped to pick us up and we would state Enterprise and they would shake there head, like it is a common problem. we watched 5 enterprise labeled vans drive by full, so we walked to another terminal to finally get a ride to the office. The desk clerk upgraded me from economy to a sedan at no charge, and the rental was fine. Its a damn shame they have a problem with getting people from the airport to the rental car pickup in a timely manner.

  We just recently moved to Florida from NJ, thank God. We need to fly up once or twice a year to see the children/grandchildren. 6 months ago, we flew into Newark airport and rented from Avis for issue beyond my control; I am a member of Enterprise. It was a nightmare from the moment we landed. I had a reservation, we waited over an hour for the young Avis staff to get their shit together, (young millennials), when we returned the car, it was late night, no clue where to go for the shuttle bus, others and I were walking around aimlessly trying to find where to go. Shuttle driver was useless. This trip we had to book Philly because spring break and Easter, flights were booked, which added 1 1/2 hour drive to our trip; worth it compared to the nightmare at Newark. At the Philly airport it was heaven. We walked out the terminal, the Enterprise shuttle bus came in less than a minute wait, driver was very friendly and informative, when we stepped off the shuttle, there was a rental representative who greeted us, showed her our reservation #, she walked us to a row of cars saying, take you pick keys are in them, and we were off. less than ten minutes we were on the road. I have been flying out of Newark (EWR) for 49 years and it has not gotten any better. Going forward it will only be with Enterprise.
