  Me and my husband went to look at car and we came out with a great suv, the manager Steven and Shavon who help us get this car were great , they had so much patience. We never felt force or pressure , it was a great vibe, I recommend you go here ask for Shavon she great all of them were great . Thank you this place is on Byberry rd

  Do NOT purchase a car from here!!!!! I purchased a car and 4 months later the oil pan went and even though we had a warranty, I was told that wasn’t covered because the warranty only covers cracked oil pans and not leaks. Then the turbo went. Enterprise washed their hands as fast as they could from this whole scenario. Then thousands of dollars later, I finally was able to drive the car again. Just an addition to what I wrote above. After seeing my post, Enterprise reached out to me to try to find out details. When I responded to them, they gave me the run around again, via voicemails, and I ended up in the same place that did not help me earlier. Just heard back again from the Ford dealership we took the car to be repaired. There is another issue that a previous Ford dealer caused. $4500 now and Enterprise is no where to be found. RUN from this Enterprise location.

  Both the manager and salesperson were wonderful! There was no pressure and I came out with the car I wanted at a price I could afford.
