- JLJason LupeituuSep 10, 20251.0Do not rent a U-Haul Truck from here. Guy was extremely aloof behind counter, and told me I had no reservation, my info was wrong, license was expired, etc.. and I used the U-Haul online check in, took me over 40 min to get truck, clerk told me to call some magic guy who had to verify information, guy never answered my call.. only took call from clerk.. had to have like 3 emergency contacts on order, refused one of them for some reason.. truck had a lock on it that I didn’t see until at my location, phone number for gas station didn’t work.. magic call this guy never responded to my texts, or calls for code on lock, had to go back to station to get code.. and on top of it all they never gave me a final receipt for truck rental, and charged me more miles than I had used. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE FOR A TRUCK RENTAL!!

Pump goes EXTREMELY slow (was standing here for 15 minutes waiting for my pump for $40), the difference in price between regular and Plus is almost DOUBLE, and they have a diesel pump right next to the regular pumps which can make it confusing to differentiate which is which. You might as well take an extra minute and go to one of the other gas stations nearby.
