We were charged extra for “odor and vehicle cleaning” even though the car already smelled when we picked it up — and we informed the staff at the garage immediately. Then, after returning the car, they added another charge for “scratches on the hood,” which we absolutely did not cause. We took photos of the car before pickup and after drop-off. It’s ridiculous to be blamed for something we didn’t do. This branch is by far the worst rental experience of my life. Never again!
