The only downside is that the indoor lot used by the agency is difficult to navigate and not easy to use. But everything else about this rental location is as good as it gets. Drop off person was as helpful as can be imagined. And quick. And easy.
- JMJonathon MassaFeb 18, 20261.0Do not use this car service here I ended up having to cancel my subscription for a car from there when I went there they told me that they could cancel it but they wouldn't be sending out any form of email confirmation that the reservation have been canceled and he actually had to call his manager in order to have the money sent back to my account two weeks later I still have not received the money I ended up having to call the corporate office in order to get my money refunded and surprise surprise they sent me a confirmation email that my reservation was canceled and that I was going to get a refund I'm pretty sure the people at this Branch are stealing money do not use this Branch at all
