    We had a great experience. Everyone was super nice, welcoming, and very professional from the moment I arrived. The pickup process was smooth, quick, and completely hassle-free. Everything was clearly explained, and the car was ready on time and in excellent condition. We also received an upgrade, which was a surprise and made our trip even more enjoyable.

    CHRIS CHRIS CHRIS!!!!! He is such a great guy!! He took great care of me! I received a credit for my next rental because the car I booked was not on the lot at the time of pickup. I had options though, and I went with a Corolla, which was MAGNIFICENT on gas! It had a few scratches that were? I believe, already documented but I still took a video and showed it to Chris before I left the lot AND I made another video AFTERWARDS. I didn't experience any issues that could not be resolved! I will book directly with Sixt the next time instead of through a 3rd party because Sixt has control of discounts through THEM not through the 3rd party. Thanks CHRIS!!!!!!

    Traveling alone with my toddler for the first time — in the coldest weather I can remember — was incredibly stressful. From the moment I walked into the car rental office, the team was attentive, kind, and proactive. I had multiple attendants helping load our luggage, they brought the car directly to the door, and all I had to do was install the car seat and drive off. The check-in process was seamless, and their level of care truly went above and beyond. They likely have no idea how much stress they lifted from me in that moment, but I am so grateful for their professionalism and thoughtfulness. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

    3rd time visiting the PHL location! Despite the negative reviews, I took a chance because my options were limited. On my last visit, it was raining and I didn't have an umbrella. Jerome checked me in and he was very helpful in making sure I stayed dry, and he was friendly and efficient. The wipers were bad on the vehicle and he noted the issue and assured me of no problems upon check in, before I signed off on the return. THE Michael is AMAZING! Not only did he greet me like he knew me as soon as I walked in, I witnessed him delivering TOP NOTCH customer service to other guests! He was patient, kind and treated each person as if they were his only guest. He explained multiple times, with kindness and patience to a family that had a hard time understanding the process. He spoke gently with compassion to a customer who's card was declined, not to embarrass, but to offer a solution. Christopher O, who helped me with my billing issue was just as AMAZING!! He expressed compassion and was helpful in resolving the problem. I can't get enough of these kind gentleman who not only look professional, they represent Sixt at PHL in a way that stands out! Let me not forget about Ayinde, who was also professional, helpful and welcoming on a previous visit! Kudos to the team at PHL and I hope the company recognizes and celebrates them at this location! 👏🏾 👏🏾 👏🏾 **let me be clear, I exercise my due dilligence when it comes to car rentals here or anywhere else~ DO A WALKAROUND!! Take a few minutes to take pictures and/or videos for your own protection! CYA! Great customer service does not exonerate the consumer for doing their own visual checks for damage and reporting EVERYTHING before you leave the lot!! Technology has changed,mistakes can be made and Sixt does offer renters the opportunity to view previous damage and report new damage in their portal before leaving the lot.** MNGMT: While the agents don't have anything to do with toll charges, The toll charges are a talking point. If I use my own transponder and add the rental car as a temporary vehicle during the rental period, Sixt should have the courtesy to remove the admin fee if proof of a transaction history is provided. Other rental car companies will waive the admin fee.
