    Went in to change one of our windshields, service took only an hour, maybe less! They were so informative about what to expect and confirmed that the type of glass we ordered was the one we wanted before putting it on our car. AND they went above and beyond to fix the cover that was missing on our side mirror which we didn’t mention but they did anyway. Overall, amazing customer service, transparent, helpful, and speedy!

    Marcel went to bat for me when I showed them a "We-Owe You" slip from a dealer for a windshield repair. I came in for a chipped windshield that occured between the time I put a deposit on my car, and the time I picked the car up and finalized the sale. The dealer agreed to fix the windshield, and told me to bring it to Safelite. When I arrived, Marcel explained that there's a significant risk that the damage could get worse. Instead of leaving me to accept the risk, Marcel personally called the dealer to explain the risk and place the responsibility on the dealer in the event that the repair was not successful. I am grateful that he advicated to hold the dealer accountable! Peace of mind is priceless.

    After their work my dash and seats were covered in shards of glass, i didnt realize and cut myself when i got in my car. was bleeding all over the steering wheel. No one mentioned a thing when I picked up the car about being careful or that there may be glass. When I called and asked to speak to a manager, the guy on the phone said "we're not a deailer" no apology no NOTHING! After much time trying to get through to a manager and customer care they gave me $50 back and apologized so giving them a 2nd star for that.

    A service To replace a windshield takes 3 hours max, according to the email they send before your appointment. I arrived at 11 and didnt leave until 4! that is completely unacceptable ESPECIALLY having an appointment! 2 bays, only 2 techs. Tiny waiting area so i recommend dropping the car off. If it wasnt for the guy at the front desk throwing in a pair of wipers for inconvenience, this review would be 1 star. If i didn't have insurance i would've walked out the door. Just find another location to go to.

    The team at Safelite replaced my windshield for me after a giant crack formed from the snow storm. They were super knowledgable and made the entire process smooth and easy. When they heard I was going to wait on site for my car, they made sure that I was okay and they even put on a movie so that I would have something to watch while I was there. I think that extra effort really has them stand out from other places. I do hope that nothing happens to my windshield again but if it does, trust that this is the only place I would go to get my repairs and replacements done.
