They kept me informed about my side mirror and when one order for it got lost in the mail found and ordered another promote. They also made connecting to the rental car services super easy! I needed a side-mirror replaced and was able to pick up my car the next day--I was also given a ride home because I insisted on leaving it there overnight, and then were incredibly understanding when I was running late for pickup when I took the bus over after work. I can't believe we've been taking our car back to the dealer for every little thing!

The employees are very nice and helpful and definitely try to get your issues fixed in a timely manner. The complimentary wash was a plus too! I was even able to leave my rental car there for them (Enterprise) to pick up. Roxy made that return quick and easy. Overall, I’m always pleased with their service and would highly recommend.
