My credit card was charged 5 months after my rental without notice, it was for a "chipped window" from a rental back in Jan. It took me 5 weeks of calling and emailing for management to send me the damage report and receipt for the charge. When I got the damage report the check out images before I received the truck showed the damage was already existing but the manager is refusing to refund even though the documentation proves that the damage was already existing. I will be telling all my colleagues to avoid doing business with this location. I am looking into other legal avenues like small claims to try and get my money back.
