- AAAdmin AccountNov 22, 20245.0I really appreciate how customer oriented this crew is at this location. For anyone questioning making an out of state move: -The 12 foot truck was extremely simple. You can't see out of the rear view mirror, but that is the only issue. It drives very well. -I was worried about mechanical issues but these trucks are all newer. The truck I had was 1 year old with 35k miles on it, and all trucks are serviced every 8k miles. -I did buy the extra insurance and even though I didn't need it, I would do it again. -The staff was great. I went into the location first because I had so many questions and concerns. They answered each one and were very kind when I needed to change my reservation date/time. For clarity, no one asked me to write this review. I just want to make sure the people that work at this location get the accolades they deserve. Thanks for your help!
