After renting our car for what was suppose to be 6 days of celebration of our Babyshower in Philadelphia airport our week turned for the worst where we ended up In a hospital in NY that resulted in the passing of our child after speaking to Aganon in Philly she helped with the late return of our rental and our rate she made the transition so easy as we first thought was going to be a nightmare with extra fees and charges. Exited the shuttle to an emerald isle with little selection and an attendant who had us carrying our bags back and forth. It was bad. The shuttle driver offered to take us to the office for a better choice of vehicle. This is not typical of the customer service or selection of vehicle.

There were other great vehicles, but I happened to pick this one and was not disappointed. National seems to keep their fleet fresh and updated with plenty of options. If you rent a car consistently or even a few times a year, choose National. Sign up for their Emerald program and you shouldn't have to wait in line. This is especially helpful for larger airports when there are so many people flooding the car rental booths.
- PPPhyllis ParksNov 13, 20252.0Increasingly, it is impossible to connect an iPhone to any car's system. the last car I rented, the screen wouldn't work at all which meant that I had no backup camera. it also seemed there was no juice going to the USBC jack. I have stopped choosing any Kia at National.. when you try to pair iPhone with their system, it mutes the sound on your iPhone so you can't get on-screen navigation and you can't get your iPhone to produce volume. trust me, I'm techy. I tried everything. the minute I stepped outside the car, I had volume on the Maps app on my phone.
