Very rude stand off ish. Again not that the paper ID was an issue for me but the attitude and aggression makes it seem like this guy doesn't want a job in customer service prolly couldn't get another one somewhere else. Classic hate their life scenario.

I had a rental prior to the facility closing early for the Easter Holiday, the guy working displayed horrible customer and I filled a complaint. I asked for my reservation to be adjusted as I could not do so in the app. I assume he did it and swiped my card. Policy not to swipe same card twice is a 24 hour period, need another card. Time prevented me from being able to get a new card and return as they closed at 4. Guy says he email airport and calls, I verify this information with airport they said no email was sent. Called my card company, no charges on cars not even a decline. Guy just brushed me off since it was close time instead of making sure I was helped. I had to spend another 1.5 hours calling corporate and customer service to get my booking. I'm sick of renting from this location with their piss poor Employee's. If it wasn't for the increase price to rent from airport I'd go there for my business travel. My company spends 1000's of dollars a year, I am executive elite and expect far better service than I received. I'll be filing another complaint as well for him lying
