Despite this, when I arrived, the staff had no record or awareness of my appointment or the services I was there for. I was then informed that their technician had left early and that they were unable to complete the work. To make matters worse, I was told that the necessary parts for my vehicle were never ordered due to an internal oversight. This resulted in my appointment being completely pointless. This situation was extremely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I drove over 40 minutes expecting a simple oil change and brake service, only to leave with nothing done due to poor communication and lack of preparation on your end. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and very disappointing.

- TTTori TiptonDec 8, 20251.0I brought my car in for an oil change and they told me I could wait, I already had a ride waiting for me so I asked if they could just call me when it was done and they confirmed my number. 4 hours later I finally call and the woman says “your car was done 20 minutes after you left” and I asked why did no one call me?? And she didn’t have an answer…also was charged over $120 for a full synthetic oil change (they have hidden shop fees) but claimed it went up in price. Other shops only charge $78, was just giving this place a chance since it’s two blocks away. Customer service and pricing is terrible
