I took my truck there and was immediately received with attitude from Fernando which was very unprofessional! I’m not from around there so I just really needed my breaks to get fixed so I could drive back home and was shocked to find out they did a horrible job when I paid $1500. They ordered wrong parts to my truck that don’t even match. My truck came back to me in a worse condition. The breaks were definitely not fixed and incase of accident they would have been liable . I then had to take the truck to Mr tire in the philly area so they could correct the mistake and they automatically told me they did a bad job and were charging me even more money to order the correct part to my car when it was the same company that messed up in the first place. I refuse to pay even more money when it was there mistake in the first place I highly suggest you never come here because they are all clueless Don’t go here…

However, after waiting nearly an hour — even though the shop was completely empty and the staff were just standing around talking — they finally decided to start working on the car. When they finished and handed me the receipt, I noticed the tire itself only cost $80, and the rest was just extra fees that no one mentioned beforehand. It’s frustrating and disappointing to be charged that much without clear communication. The lack of transparency and poor customer service really stood out to me. I honestly don’t recommend this place. Instead, I suggest going to a locally owned tire shop, where people actually care about their customers and won’t surprise you with unnecessary fees.
